My order arrived okay and everything was in good condition, so I can’t really complain about the product itself. I just felt a little ignored during the process, like updates or questions weren’t really being acknowledged. Overall it worked out, but the communication could’ve been better

After I placed my order, I barely got any updates, which made me nervous since I like to know what’s happening with something I’ve paid for. I ended up having to reach out a few times just to check the status, and the replies were slower than I expected. Overall, it didn’t feel very reassuring and wasn’t a great experience for me.

I don’t think it was worth the price. What showed up was fine, I guess, but not enough to justify what they’re charging. Just felt like I paid way more than I should’ve for something basic.

I ordered this garden piece thinking it would be more of a dark, rusty color like it looked in the photos, but when it arrived it was orange, like really orange. It’s still usable and the shipping was totally fine, so I’m not returning it, but it just doesn’t match the spot I had in mind. I just wish the pictures showed the color a little more accurately
